The property is set in a private garden with fruit trees and purpose built barbecue area. Situated within 4/5 minutes walk from the charming Macaret fishing village, with it’s small beach and local restaurants, and just 20 minutes walk from the larger resort of Arenal d’en Castell with its beautiful crescent shaped beach and lots of local amenities. The beach is ideal for bathing and very safe for young children.

The villa consists of a master ensuite double upstairs and another double and twin which share a bathroom.  All have access out onto large private terraces with great views.  Downstairs there is a single bed and an extra pull out bed.  This room is ideal for children and there is a shower room across the hall.  There is also access to a basement games room, with table tennis and darts.

Also on the downstairs level is a fully equip kitchen and separate laundry room and drying area at the back of the property.  From the kitchen is a comfortable dining area that then leads through to a spacious modern living room.  In the living room, two separate patio doors lead out on to two different  shaded dining and seating areas that look out onto the private swimming pool below.   The swimming pool has the optional use of heating during earlier and later months.

Behind the swimming pool is a sunbathing terrace and a further dining area set within a well maintained graveled garden.
