Entrance through the front door into a small hallway with 2 double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and the other ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms have doors opening onto the rear terrace overlooking the gardens and pool and the sea inlet below.

Downstairs to the fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble drier, all electric oven and hob and microwave. The kitchen side door opens onto a terrace with brick built out door BBQ and follows round to the main terrace (which is not fully covered) overlooking the gardens and private pool, with steps down to the garden area and sea. Enjoy an evening meal on the terrace whilst enjoying the beautiful shared communal gardens and sea below. There are picnic tables and hammocks under the shady trees.

There is also an upper terrace which is accessible for extensive views. There are 2 further twin bedrooms sharing a shower room downstairs leading off from the lounge dining room. One twin room has a free standing fan and the other has air conditioning.
