This attractive villa is situated in a residential area in the small marina resort of Port Addaya. It is a comfortably furnished property in a quiet area, but still close to local amenities; a supermarket, bars and restaurants.

The split level accommodation comprises on the lower floor, a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge/ice maker. The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with a ceiling fan and air con, a TV/DVD player and CD player. Doors lead out to a covered terrace, ideal for outside dining. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. For added comfort there is air conditioning throughout.

There are attractive lawned communal gardens some of which are partly shared with two new villas. There is a covered shaded area with a picnic bench and hammock and pathway down to the sea.

Two twin bedrooms share a full bathroom on the downstairs level. On the upper level, a double bedroom has its own ensuite shower room whilst the master double bedroom features a balcony, over looking the gardens and pool plus an ensuite shower room. The 10 m x 5 m swimming pool area has extensive terracing, outside shower, toilet and a barbecue. The gardens are a real feature of this property with extensive lawns and two garden ponds. The nearest beach is Arenal d’en Castell just a 5 km drive away (5 minute drive by car).
