This attractive house is set in low maintenance well established gardens and is a very quiet peaceful location although only 5 mins drive to either Calen Porter or San Clemente. It also has the advantage of having 3 good restaurants within a few mins walk which stay open most of the year.

Entrance to the house is through a small covered porch with seating and into the main loung which is comfortably furnished with sofa and chairs and a TV/DVD with the Sky Free to View package. There is also a music centre. The wood burning stove is a feature in the lounge and ideal for out of main season times.

There are 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes and ensuite shower rooms just off the hallway. There is twin bedroom which has a single bed with pull out bed underneath. This room has a  separate shower and toilet so ideal for use after using the pool as well. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and also portable electric heaters.

To the side of the property is a large brick built BBQ and seating area which then leads to the rear of the property to the pool.The pool has Roman steps leading into it and there are sunbathing terrace surrounding. An inviting cosy house with a quiet location and yet close enough to other busy towns for the essential shopping!
