Casa Jaimes is an attractive modern family villa with offroad parking, an established, enlosed garden laid to lawn which is safe for children and a 10m x 4m private pool with roman steps. There is a lovely covered terrace with gas BBQ for Al fresco dining and plenty of patio furniture.

The living area is spacious and open plan. The lounge is air-conditioned / heated with the added facility of a ceiling fan. It has a working open fireplace lovely in the cooler months making the seating area very cosy. There is a leather navy blue suite with a dining table and seating for 6 people. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, video recorder and Playstation 2 with various films, books and video games. There are also plenty of board games and puzzles for children.

The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. There is a washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, large fridge freezer, bread maker and plenty of crockery, glassware and utensils.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a 4-poster bed, plenty of wardrobe space and stylish furniture. For your comfort there are mosquito nets and blinds, a safe and air-conditioning / heating.
