External French doors lead to a covered terrace and a dining area ideal for al fresco dining.

The kitchen and dining room is open plan and includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. Based on a typical Menorcan decor the kitchen has ample food preparation workspace.

The guest bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and overlooks the pool and gardens. The family bathroom consists of a toilet, basin, bath and overhead shower. The laundry room houses a washing machine, iron, ironing board extra linens i.e. tea towels and towels.

From the kitchen there is a turned staircase leading upstairs to the master bedroom, roof terrace/balcony with views overlooking the pool, gardens and surrounding countryside.  A children's bedroom is also upstairs and has three single beds and two cots and views overlooking the pool and gardens.

The established garden has a lawned area and a full length pool with steps leading into it (10m x 5m). The pool has fencing around it for child safety. There is plenty of garden furniture including sun lounge and a swing. For evening dining the garden has full lighting and a gas BBQ. Please note that during the early hours the garden has a watering system (on a timed clock).
