This apartment is part of a lovely tiered complex over looking the sea and beach at Son Parc with easy access to local amenities. Although there are several steps up to the apartment, the views are wonderful. A community swimming pool also has views over the sea and beach.

The lounge has comfortable sofas, a portable stereo and sliding doors opening onto a terrace with outdoor furniture and again over looking the sea. The kitchen is open plan and has fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

Upstairs there are 2 twin bedded rooms and a family bathroom.

There is a small BBQ on the terrace.
