This pleasant apartment is situated on the top level of the owner’s property in the popular area of Binebeca Nou.

This apartment overlooks the gorge and has beautiful seas views, overlooking Cala Torret from the covered terrace.

Steep steps descend from the road through the garden, leading to the apartment.The steps have a narrow wooden rail so small children need to be well supervised. Doors open into the conservatory with lovely sea views and then enter into the living / dining room with TV (some English channels), a DVD and CD system. There is a  galley style kitchen off ,with gas cooking, a microwave and washing machine.There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, which share a new shower room. Both bedrooms have a fan.

The 12 x 8m private pool with separate terrace is situated at the top of the steps and is for our clients' use only, the main house not being occupied during the rental season.

The sandy beach of Binibeca is just a 5 minute walk away.
