Based in a residential area, it is close to shops, bars and restaurants. It is a good budget based apartment but close to all the amenities of Es Castell and only a 15 minute drive to the nearest beach.

Accommodation is on the first floor. There is a large/living dining area with well- equipped bar- style kitchen with new fitted washing machine.  French doors open to a small terrace and access to the courtyard below. There is a double and twin bed room sharing  a full bathroom.
