Menorca is a great place to be outdoors. There is a huge variety of watersports on offer, including sailing, diving, water ski-ing, windsurfing, fishing and of course sea swimming. Riding is also very popular here, as can be seen at the jaleo in any town fiesta! Boats in Menorca

The fantastic and varied countryside make Menorca a great place for walking and cycling and birdwatching is also very popular, as many migratory birds can be seen, especially in the Spring and Autumn and particularly around the natural park at Es Grau and Albufera. Boat trips are popular with families, from one day and evening cruises (which Menorca Gold are happy to arrange on your behalf), to a trip on a glass bottomed boat with real sea views.

Golf
The only course on the island is at Son Parc on the North coast, and this is open year round. The course is currently being extended to a full 18 holes and to a design by the man who also designed The Belfry, Dave Thomas (an ex-Ryder cup player), but is already considered championship quality. Sailing
Joy 2 Sail have a fantastic 12m catamaran with 4 double cabins and two toilets/showers and air conditioning. Run by Chris, an ex- British Army dive instructor and experienced sailor and his wife Joy, you are guaranteed a warm welcome. The boat also has water toys and two kyaks to keep the kids amused. Fresh, homemade food is provided so you can do as you please.
