Menorca Gold: Luxury Holiday Villas and Apartments in Menorca.
Menorca Gold is a small, family business, based in Bedford. Owned and managed by Gemma Telford, the company itself has been going since 1985, but was taken over by Gemma in 2004.
Gemma has been going to Menorca since she was small, and now takes her daughter, Ella, 3, over regularly – for work and play, and to see Grandma and Gramps who live on the island and run Realcare Villa Services, the property maintenance company used by the majority of Menorca Gold owners. Gemma’s background is in design and marketing and her last full time job before becoming self employed was Commercial Director for a web design and development company. Gemma never sight of the fact that any successful business is based on happy customers. As well as being a wife to Bill, Mum and 'The Boss', Gemma has just completed a degree in English at De Montfort University in Bedford.
Janet joined Menorca Gold on 1st June 2007 as Client Services Manager, she previously worked for Ernst & Young in Luton as an Account Manager looking after a large client base. Working with many high profile clients and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast paced business environment, Janet hopes to use her knowledge and professional approach to develop MenorcaGold and will be responsible for taking on much of the day to day running of the business.
Janet has three daughters and two grandchildren who look forward to holidays on the island of Menorca when Mum has time in her busy role to organise it!!
Gemma and Janet both visit Menorca regularly, they can see each new property that comes up for letting. This enables them to give a much better service to customers and helps us recommend what is needed.
