This villa is down a quiet lane and set in 2,00sq metres of garden with wild olive trees, lawns and 10.5mx5.5m swimming pool.

The villa is primarily available on a bed & breakfast basis and evening meals can be available on request . A double room and breakfast is £89 per night and a single room £69 per night so ideal for that weekend break

Entrance into a small porch which leads into the main entrance hall. To the right is the very spacious,split level lounge dining room. There is Spanish TV with some channels in English, DVD and for music lovers a piano which can also be used as an electric keyboard. Sliding doors open on to the covered terrace and extensive gardens. In the covered terrace is comfortable outdoor furniture and further out door table and sun beds. There is another sitting room off the lounge which keeps nice and cool in summer. A good sized kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dining table and chairs. Off from the kitchen is the outside drying area and a utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. There is also a walk in larder and separate toilet with wash hand basin. The two twin bedrooms have a single bed with another pull out bed underneath. All bedrooms have mosquito nets fitted. 1 Double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is another family bathroom on this floor.

Upstairs is used by the owners although a 2 week holiday without them  is possible or the house is shared.

The whole house has under floor central heating for cooler times.

The enclosed gardens make it ideal for families. There is also a dry stone wall surrounding the large BBQ area which has an oven and lots of storage and preparation areas and in the shade of lots of pine and wild olive trees. A lovely  comfortable villa.
