A comfortable family villa only 5 minutes drive from the lovely sandy beach in Arenal and a good stroll to the pretty marina in Addaya. A quieter resort but with several bars/restaurants and a local supermarket. There are also tennis courts which can be hired during the main season. Due to the elevavted postion there are several steps up to the villa and off road parking.

Entrance through the front door into the kitchen which has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven. To the right is a bunk bedroom and family bathroom. All bedrooms have free standing fans. There are two twin bedrooms overlooking the back of the garden. A short corridor takes you to the master double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has doors which open out onto the pool terrace. The lounge also has doors opening onto the pool terrace and leads to a light, bright sun room which looks out over the sea with more dining furniture. There is a TV/DVD player.

 The swimming pool is 9mx5m. A really good value villa suitable for the all the family.
