Very light, bright villa with lovely views over the Port of Addaya. With the benefit of central heating for cooler out of season times and ceiling fans in all rooms. The lovely sandy beach of Arenal is only a 5minute drive away. Situated in an elevated position over 2 floors.

Entrance through the front door into a hallway  and the first twin bedroom on the left. This has sliding doors leading out onto an outside terrace and a few steps up to the pool terrace.There is a further twin bedroom which shares the family bath/shower room. There is a heated towel rail. The master doible bedroom has an ensuite shower room, heated towel rail and access to the terrace.The swimming pool is 9m x 4m and has Roman steps for easy access.

On the upper floor is the main living and kitchen area. The lounge has a flat screen TV with Sky Free to View channels and access to 2 balconies with which to enjoy the views. It is a galley style kitchen but well equipped with all electric cooking facilities, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a utility room off the kitchen which houses the washing machine and separate sink. There is a short stair case to the upper roof terrace but it is not easy access so not suitable for young children. But otherwsie a lovley family villa with wonderful views. A cot and high chair are provided at the villa.
