Well appointed, traditional villa in Cala Llonga, Menorca. Enclosed garden with front hedging so the pool is quite private. Steps lead up to the covered terrace and pool terrace with a few more up to the front door entrance. There is a small gate at the top of the steps which can be bolted so makes the whole pool and front garden quite secure. Through the front door into the dining room with the kitchen on the same level. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining room overlooks the lounge which is down a few steps and has comfortable sofas and TV with Sky Free to View and DVD. There is a separate air con unit in here with remote control. The lounge doors open onto the covered terrace with sea views of the harbour. To the side is the swimming pool and terrace with brick built BBQ. The pool is 8mx 4m.

Past the kitchen to the right is a laundry room which has a washing machine and tumble drier. There is a single bedroom which has doors to a large cupboard or space for a put up bed. On the left are 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and windows overlooking the pool terrace. There is a good sized family shower room and then finally the master bedroom which has 2 single beds fitted together and ensuite shower room. All the bedrooms have air con which is controlled via a central panel in the corridor. A good sized family villa which is close to the local beach of Mesquida and Port of Mahon.
