 A large Menorcan country style house of over 300 years old, set high up on a hillside with spectacular country views, with swimming pool and children's pool.

The living accommodation is on the ground floor:  spacious rustic style kitchen with farmhouse kitchen table, including dishwasher, vitroceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, 2 pantry areas, separate laundry area.   Main sitting room with dining table, and a second lounge with TV (Spanish and Satelite), DVD.  Bathroom with jacuzzi. Outside long picnic table and portable barbecue and terraces.  

Upstairs to the sleeping accomodation, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 further bedroom with bunk beds.  2 cots are also available. One full bathroom upstairs.

At the rear of the property is the swimming pool, with smaller children's pool and sunloungers.

Guests are welcome to feed the three young donkeys that live separately in the owner's field at the rear! 

A superb property with lots  of character, beautiful antiques and clocks, stained glass windows, in this beautiful private countryside location, in one of the prettiest areas of the island, just a 5 minute drive to the local village of Ferreries, and within easy driving distance of the beautiful beaches that Menorca has to offer on the south of the island.
