Es Migjorn is the last village before reaching the popular resort of Sant Tomas with its beautiful sands and shops, bars and restaurants and a 24 hour emergency doctor in season.The village has a good array of shops but is very uncommercialised; like stepping back in time.However this recently built villa has every modern convenience you could wish for. Situated on a side road on the edge of the village the property is completely enclosed with walls, hedges or the gated front entrance.Stepping in the spacious hallway the ground floor accommodation comprises a modern kitchen with integral appliances, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and separate ceramic hob. The dining table and chairs are at the end of the kitchen where it opens out into the lounge.Comfortable sofas, plasma TV with Sky Free to View and sliding doors to the decked pool area. Teak outdoor furniture make for comfortable outdoor eating.The pool is covered and heated so can be used all through the year; ideal for a relaxing out of season break. The pool is approximately 9x5m. The cover is domed but can be slid back when the weather is too warmThe house is fully equipped with air conditioning units which also provide heating.Off the hallway is a separate toilet.Upstairs to the master bedroom, separate terrace with outdoor furniture. The master bedroom has a very spacious ensuite shower room with a built-in multi gym.There is a further bathroom and bedroom with a small double bed and single bed.The area leading to a large terrace, with sliding doors, is tastefully decorated with pot plants.To the second floor and there is another twin bedroom with a separate Jacuzzi bath tub. A few more steps take you to the top of the building with fantastic views of the beach in the distance and countryside.The accommodation is of a very high standard, has a built in radio system, blinds for most of the windows and a laundry area with washing machine and toilet.

Es Migjorn es el pueblo más cercano a las hermosas playas de Santo Tomás, con sus tiendas, bares y restaurantes y un servicio medico de 24 horas. Es un pueblo tranquilo típico menorquín con algunas tiendas pequeñas, como si el tiempo no lo ha tocado.  Pero este chalet de lujo de recién construcción tiene todas las comodidades que se necesita para sus vacaciones. Situado en una calle tranquila en las afueras del pueblo, completamente vallado con pared seca y seto con barreras de entrada. Entrando por una sala de entrada grande, en planta baja hay una cocina moderna integral, nevera, microondas, horno eléctrico con Vitro cerámica. Lavavajillas. La mesa del comedor está en la cocina donde da paso al salón con sus sofás cómodos, Plasma TV con Sky Free to View, y puertas correderas hasta la piscina y terraza de madera.  Muebles exteriores de teca lo hacen muy cómodo para cenar al aire libre.   Disfruta de la piscina de 9 x 5 m climatizada y con cubierta corredera, que se puede disfrutar todo el año.  El chalet está totalmente equipado, incluido aire acondicionado con calor.  Subiendo arriba hay el dormitorio principal con su terraza con muebles, un baño grande en suite con un equipo Mult. Gimnasio.  Hay otro dormitorio con una cama doble pequeña, una sencilla, con  baño, que da a una zona espaciosa decorada con plantas antes de salir a la terraza grande.  En la segunda planta hay otro dormitorio con dos camas y baño con Jacuzzi.  De aquí sale arriba a la azotea donde hay vistas lejanas de la playa y al campo.   Este alojamiento es de una calidad superior, con muchas extras como hilo musical por todo la casa, persianas automáticas y lavadero con lavadora/secadora.    Playas más cercas:  Santo Tomás y Cala Galdana
