This is an ideal family villa set in the pine trees in the tranquillity of the Son Parc resort. The lovely sandy beach is only a few minutes drive away and the local 18 hole gold course attracts visitors throughout the year. The villa has 4 bedrooms and the benefit of air-conditioning/heat throughout. It is set in low maintenance gardens with the swimming pool to the rear of the property. The plunge pool is not as large as standard and is 1.5 m deep, and does have the benefit of a lockable gate at the rear of the property. Entrance through the hallway into the lounge/dining area with french doors opening out on to a covered terrace with outdoor BBQ and looking onto the swimming pool. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and electric oven and hob. Downstairs is 1 double bedroom with a toilet and shower room and door to outside side garden. Bedroom 2 has fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. Bedroom 4 is upstairs and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. French doors open out onto a small private balcony where you can enjoy intimate al fresco dining.

A very comfortable villa which is next door to V051 so ideal for an extended family holiday.
