
Access to the house is through a side door into a split level comfortable lounge and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is a utility room with washing machine plus a toilet and sink.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one double with free standing wardrobe and one twin with storage cupboard located opposite the bedroom.
Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms both with en-suites. One double master bedroom and one twin bedroom, both have fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has access to a large roof terrace with outside furniture.
Outside there is a brick built BBQ and plenty of outdoor furniture including teak table and chairs. The property also has two portable electric fan heaters for the cooler months and a portable fan.
