Entrance through the front door into a spacious hallway with separate toilet to the side. French doors lead into the lounge/dining room which is beautifully furnished and has an open fire and door leading to the kitchen. This is very well equipped with a large American fridge, electric hob and oven. Microwave and a further dining table and chairs. Off the kitchen there is a separate walk in pantry with another fridge freezer and a separate utility room equipped with washing machine and drier.

The lounge and kitchen have doors leading on to the covered terrace which has plenty of comfortable terrace furniture and lovely seas views. The terrace leads down to the shaped swimming pool which has a Jacuzzi at one need and 2 seats making a small bar area.

Off the hallway are the bedrooms all are fitted with air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The bath is a hydro bath and has a heated towel rail. There are 2 twin bedded room, one which has a pull out bed and both have ensuite shower rooms which are fitted with hydro showers. One bedroom has a compact gym work out machine and music centre.

A further twin bed room has an ensuite bathroom. There is a walk in wardrobe/dressing room also off the hallway.

This is an ideal property for a family holiday and is equipped and furnished to a very high standard.
