Property Details

A really lovely family villa that sleeps 6 with private pool, some aircon and terrace with fantastic views over the bay at Cala Llonga.

This comfortable villa is ideally situated in the residential area of Cala Llonga with fantastic views over the harbour and Port of Mahon. A quiet area and easy access to local beaches and a short drive to the port.

Entrance into the villa is through the front door into a large living/dining room which has a wood burning stove, ideal for the out of season holidays and Sky Free to View. The lounge also has an air con unit. Doors lead out onto the partly covered terrace and swimming pool with newly landscaped gardens around the property.

The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and plenty of cupboard space. There is access from the kitchen to the outside covered drying area.

From the front entrance to the right are the bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobes, a twin bedroom and a further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have air con and mosquito netting. A family bathroom completes the internal accommodation.

There is an additional fan and also a hair dryer.

There is vacant plot to the side of the villa and this has been left to grow with the natural plants of Menorca and although there are steps leading to this plot, it is not ideal for very young children.
