Two individual annexes whic can be let together to sleep 6, or with the main house, V065 to sleep a part of 14.

These two individual annexes are in the grounds of a larger villa, V065. The annexes are available together, or can be used for much larger parties using the whole house.

For parties of up to 8, the lounge, dining room and kitchen in the main house can also be included in the let, along with one other bedroom in the main house. This has one single and one pull out bed, so can be used to sleep an extra 2 people.

It is in an idyllic setting in the quiet village of Torret but only a 5 mins drive to Sans Luis and local bars, shops and restaurants.

Annex 1 has a double bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe cupboards. The bedroom has doors leaning out onto a small private terrace over looking the garden and pool area.

Annex 2 is self-contained and has a twin bedded room, small kitchen with dishwasher, cooker and fridge/freezer. Leading off from the kitchen is the living/dining room, which also has 2 single sofa beds. Bathroom with shower-bath, double basin and washing machine.

Both annexes are adjacent to the main house.

The annexes are rented out together and if the main house is not let at the same time, the occupants will have sole use of the large swimming pool.
