The kitchen is to the side of the lounge and is fully equipped with fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, electric coffee pot, electric toaster, dishwasher and microwave.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine. There is an iron, ironing board, and clothes rack.

There are three bedrooms all with adjoining bathrooms and one with a dressing room. Two of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a standing fan in the other room.

An enclosed outside patio is in front of the main entrance but there is a further terrace and the 7x5m swimming pool at the opposite side of the property.

Roman steps lead into the pool, which is about 2 metres deep but there is a separate paddling pool for young children. An outside bar area and fridge are next to the swimming pool. There is also a BBQ.
