This mature semi-detached villa is in the busy resort of Arenal, close to shops, bars, restaurants and only a couple of minutes walk to the sea.
A gravel drive at the front of the property gives off road parking.

On the downstairs level there are 2 twin bedded rooms and a bedroom with bunk beds. A further double bedroom completes the sleeping accommodation and all rooms have the added benefit of air conditioning. Family bathroom is situated on this level.

Up stairs there is the living/dining room with French doors opening onto a terrace with lovely sea views and out door furniture. This room also has a wood-burning stove, which is ideal for early or late season bookings. There is a compact kitchen, shower room and access to the rear balcony overlooking the pool.
