This magnificent property has been totally reformed to superior building standards and still in keeping with a typical Menorcan style farmhouse. It is in an idyllic setting in the quiet village of Torret but only 5 minutes drive to Sans Luis. A dry stone wall giving complete privacy, surrounds the property. The property is centrally heated making it ideal for early and late bookings. Most bedrooms have a ceiling ventilator. The fixtures and fittings are exceptional and well above normal standards.

The main house is accessed via the side front door, which opens into a short corridor. To the left of the front door is the spacious family kitchen, which is beautifully equipped with two dishwashers, fridge and separate freezer, king-sized oven, microwave, induction cooker and electronic hood.

The open hatch looks into the dining area with its large dining table and 12 chairs. There is a door onto the west patio, with large tables for dining al fresco, and the car parking area. Walk down the 2 or 3 steps to the living room, which has large comfortable sofas, TV and DVD player. There is also an open wood -burning fireplace. French doors open on to the expansive terrace in mares (local stone) which is shared by both annexes and a large, 11.5 x 5.5m swimming pool. The back of the property looks out onto open fields, Mediterranean bush and trees. The house is in over 5,000 sqm of garden.

The laundry room houses washing machine, tumble dryer and also has a shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The single bedroom with wardrobe space next to the laundry room also has a second pull out bed underneath. To the right of the front door you enter the bedroom area. The main bathroom comprises fully fitted bath/double basin/separate shower/bidet/WC. On the same level is a twin bedded room, single bedroom with large bed and a further double bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room.

Stairs lead up to the master bedroom, which has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Leading off from the master bedroom is access to the roof terrace, which has spectacular views of the surrounding country side and distant views of the sea. The coastline of Mallorca can be seen on clear days.
