This delightful villa is in a quiet corner of Trebaluger in a very tranquil setting. It has a completely enclosed, pretty garden with a cool shaded area.

Entrance is by way of a shoulder-high gate into the driveway, with the garden all round the property and the pool and outdoor barbecue between the house and the garden. There are two main access doors, one into the living/dining room and one into the kitchen. There are two further doors opening from the living area onto the covered, shaded terrace.

The accommodation comprises a well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, including all-electric cooker and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. The kitchen leads into the main living/dining room. In the living area there are two sofas and a Sky free-to-view TV and in the dining area are a teak dining table and chairs. To the right of the dining area is a utility room with washing and drying machines and an ironing board and iron.

Off the living/dining area, down a couple of steps, is a short lobby with fitted wardrobes beyond which is the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. At the other end of the living/dining area is a small lobby leading to the family bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower, and to the twin-bedded second bedroom which has a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Outside on the shady terrace, which looks onto the pool and the mature garden beyond, is a large teak dining table and chairs. This is an above average property, very well equipped to a high standard and in a lovely setting.
