Situated in Binibeca Nou, this pretty villa enjoys both country  and sea views from its covered terrace and private roof terrace and is only minutes from the shops and restaurants of Cala Torret and the beach at Binibeca. 

The villa is an excellent value older traditional style. A path winds from the pretty, mature garden to the large shared pool of 18m x 7m with an adjoining children's pool which is 7m x 7m.

Accommodation comprises three twin-bedded rooms, all with built in wardrobes, and a separate bathroom and shower room. The kitchen has a cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave and direct external access.

The lounge includes a separate dining area and is equipped with  TV and DVD with Sky Free to View services. Doors lead to the two terraces which provide ample room for eating out and sun bathing. there are 3 portable fans, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board.
