This unique Menorcan villa is situated in a beautiful location right on the water’s edge in Ses Salinas and just 20 minutes walk from the fishing village of Fornells. As well as numerous bars and restaurants, the large bay offers a wide variety of water sports activities, including the Menorcan Sailing School, a windsurfing club, low powered motor boats and a diving school.

The spacious villa has three twin bedrooms on the ground floor which share two shower rooms. On the first floor the master kingsize bedroom has a dressing area with bathroom off and there is a further twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and terrace overlooking the bay.

There is a dining hall, a comfortable sitting room and a further room with Sky Free to View TV. This leads to a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer. In addition, there is a separate utility room equipped with washing machine and drinks fridge freezer and an adjoining outside shower and WC. The villa has a water filtering system installed which means it is ok to drink the water and not necessary to buy separate water for drinking plus an ice making machine.  There is a telephone / fax line installed.

The villa stands in its own private lawned grounds with stunning views across the water from the garden terrace. The swimming pool and dining arbour are situated to the rear. There cannot be a more superb location from which to enjoy your holiday. Perfect for water sports and boating enthusiasts.
