A spacious lounge/dining area that has two sets of sliding patio doors that open on to the upper terrace and offer fantastic sea views.  The room is comfortably furnished and has the benefit of Sky free to view and a DVD player.  A well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher,microwave, gas hob and oven.  A laundry room with washing machine and access to a small private outside drying area. 

A shower room and toilet which also has direct access to outside.Also located on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite, again the fantastic sea views can be enjoyed through the patio doors that open on to the upper terrace. The spiral staircase leads off the spacious hall area to the first floor which comprises:  The master bedroom with en suite and walk-in wardrobe.  A double bedroom and a twin bedroom both of which have their own en suite.  All of these bedrooms have their own private terrace. The property has the benefit of air conditioning throughout.  A security alarm is installed. The villa is enclosed by walls/fencing and access from the road is via the gated entrance. The upper terrace has a gated banister railing around but still maintains easy access to the pool terrace that has plenty of room for sun bathing.  The large swimming pool is approximately 12m x 6m.     Macaret has a small sandy beach, which is surrounded by old Menorcan boat houses. There are 3 or 4 bars/restaurants and it is only a 6-7 minute walk from the villa.  Just off the rocks, down from the villa, the local scuba diving school from Coves Noves use the area at times for their try dives and it is ideal for snorkelling. There is a cross-country walk to Arenal, which takes about 15-20 minutes or alternatively Arenal is only a 5 minute car drive.  A good local supermarket, which is in Coves Noves, is open seasonally and again is only a few minutes by car. This is a comfortable family house with some spectacular views, but so close to many other facilities.
