Entrance at the rear of the building, on the third floor (no lift) with entrance into small hallway area with fold up dining table for 2 and air con unit. There is a patio door opening to a private terrace with tabel and chairs and sun umbrella so ideal for sun bathing. One twin bedroom and separate shower room. Small kitchenette with 2 ring electric hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Washing is available in a cupboard on the terrace.There is a community swimmimg pool at the rear of the building.

The local bus service goes to the popular village of Sans Luis or the capital of Mahon but car is recommended to really see the island.
