This pretty villa is situated in a residential area within the small resort of Port Addaya. It is a comfortably furnished property in a quiet area, but still close to local amenities; a supermarket, bars and  restaurants, one of which is open all year and has occasional theme nights and charity functions. 2 other restaurants are open seasonally.

The split- level accommodation comprises on the lower floor, a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge/ice maker. The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with a  ceiling fan, Freeview Sky TV/video/DVD and CD player; and doors to terrace.

There are pretty,rolling lawned gardens  some of which are partly shared with the ajoining 2 new villas. There is a covered shaded area with a picnic bench and hammock and pathway down to the sea.

The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. For added comfort there is air conditioning throughout.

Two twin bedrooms share a full bathroom on the downstairs level. On the upper level, a double bedroom has its own ensuite shower room whilst the master double bedroom features a balcony plus an ensuite shower room.

The 10x5m swimming pool area has extensive terracing, outside shower and a barbecue, with an attractive sun awning for a little shade. The pool can be heated although this will only raise the temperature 2-3 degress. There is an additional cost of £50 per week for the pool heating.There is also an outside toilet. The gardens are a real feature of this property with extensive lawns and 2 garden pools.
