This recently built single storey villa is situated in the popular resort of Binibeca Vell and is close to all resort amenities. It is extremely well appointed with furnishings and fixtures.

There are three steps up to the terrace with a wide patio door leading into the accommodation. The bathroom and one bedroom have extra wide doors, which would assist with wheelchair access.

Entrance is into the main living/dining, comfortably furnished and with CD music system and TV with Sky free to view package. There are also 2 wall mounted radiators and free-standing fan, so ideal for out of season times as well.

The kitchen is very well equipped with fitted electric oven/hob, fridge freezer, and microwave. There is a dishwasher and washing machine located in the utility room.
