The busy town of Sant Lluis is only a 5 minute drive and within a 10 minutes the choice of beaches; with a lovley sandy beach at Punta Prima, water sports and rocks at Salgar, or the popular sandy beach at Binibeca, to name some.  Or go further afield to one of Menorca's other wonderful beaches

The house is surrounded by lawned areas, fruit and olive trees with a 10m x 8m swimming pool and large covered terrace to the rear.
