This is an ideal family villa set in the pine trees in the tranquillity of the Son Parc resort. The lovely sandy beach is only a few minutes drive away and the local 18 hole gold course attracts visitors throughout the year. The villa has 4 bedrooms . It is set in low maintenance gardens with the swimming pool to the rear of the property. The pool is about 6m x 4m and is 1.5 m deep. The garden does have the benefit of a lockable gate at the rear of the property. Entrance through the hallway into the lounge/dining area with french doors opening out on to a covered terrace with outdoor BBQ and looking onto the swimming pool. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and electric oven and hob. Downstairs is 1 double bedroom with a toilet and shower room and door to outside side garden. Bedroom 2 has fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. Bedroom 4 is upstairs and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. French doors open out onto a small private balcony where you can enjoy intimate al fresco dining.

A very comfortable villa which is next door to V051 so ideal for an extended family holiday.
