A very well furnished,  ground floor apartment situated past Calas Fonts in Es Castell on the front line, overlooking the sea and the Isla del Rey.  This very comfortable apartment is an easy walk into the harbour at Calas Fonts with it a wide range of local restaurants. 

The lounge has a CD music system and Sky TV/video, with doors opening on to the terrace with outdoor furniture and built-in barbecue and sea views.  Fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances, microwave, coffee maker, built-in oven/hob. There are two bedrooms; one double and one twin bedded room, both have fully fitted wardrobes.  A full bathroom completes the accommodation.  Air conditioning units have been fitted in all bedrooms and lounge. Steps lead down to the sea from the garden where ladders offer sea bathing.

Un apartamento bien amueblado, en planta baja, cerca de Calas Fonts en el centro del pueblo d' Es Castell en primera linea, con vistas al mar y de la isla del Rey.  Este cómodo apartamento está cerca de Calas Fons (a pie) con todos sus restaurantes.

El salón tiene CD, TV con Sky, Video, y  puertas que dan a la terraza con muebles exteriores, barbacoa y vistas al mar.  La cocina esta bien equipada, con microondas, cafetera, horno/encimera.   Hay dos dormitorios; uno doble y otro con dos individuales, y armarios empotrados.  Un baño completo.  Aire acondicionado.  Desde el jardín hay una escalera hasta el mar y unas escaleras para poder nadar.
