We demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service every day by helping you find the right accommodation, at the right price and time and by making sure you have all the information you need for a perfect holiday in Menorca.

To help us give you the best holiday we can, we will:

1. Answer your call within three rings.

2. Make sure if we can’t answer your call the first time, we will return your message the same day.

3. Respond to your email the same day.

4. Provide information in our brochure and on our website that is honest, accurate and helpful.

5. Make sure our booking and availability information is up to date at all times online.

6. Make sure your online booking is acknowledged and a booking pack sent out to you on the same, or next day.

7. Hold your provisional booking for 7 days while you get the forms and your deposit back to us. We will not allow someone else to book your property in this period.

8. Always ask you for your feedback so that we can continue to improve.
